These general terms govern the use of the website novagrafix.es and the contracting of custom-printing products offered by MARKETING ESTHETIC STUDIOS SL (“NovaGrafix”). We recommend reading and keeping them before placing your order.

1. Legal information

2. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the relationship between NovaGrafix and the user who makes a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age, that you act on your own behalf and that you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Purchase process

The contract is formalised in Spanish. The process consists of the following steps:

• Configure your product (sizes, finishes, quantity) and, where applicable, upload or design your artwork online.
• Add it to the cart and review the summary (products, VAT and shipping costs).
• Sign in or create an account and enter the shipping and billing addresses.
• Pay securely.
• You receive a confirmation email with the order summary and the invoice. We recommend keeping it.

4. Products and personalisation

Products are made to measure according to your specifications and the design you provide. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the file meets the technical requirements (resolution, bleed and colour) stated for each product. We run an indicative automatic check (preflight), but final responsibility for the file is yours.
• Ensuring the content does not infringe third-party rights (intellectual property, trademarks or image rights) or current law. We may reject orders with unlawful content.

On-screen previews and mockups are indicative. Slight colour variations may occur compared to the final print due to the difference between screen (RGB) and print (CMYK) profiles.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before completing the purchase, according to the delivery zone. The price in force at the time of placing the order applies.

6. Payment methods

Payment is made securely through Stripe, accepting card, Bizum and Klarna. We do not store your full card details. The order enters production once payment is confirmed.

7. Production, shipping and delivery

The estimated production time is indicated for each product and starts after payment confirmation and receipt of a valid design. We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, with times and rates depending on the zone (with free shipping from €65 on mainland orders). Times are estimates and do not include possible carrier delays or events of force majeure.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article 103.c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to personalised products or those made to your specifications.

For non-personalised products, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw, by notifying info@novagrafix.es. The direct return costs will be borne by you, unless the product is defective or wrong on our part.

9. Legal warranty

Products carry the legal warranty of conformity provided for in RLD 1/2007. If a product is non-conforming due to a manufacturing or printing defect attributable to us, you are entitled to its remedy (reprint) and, where applicable, to a price reduction or termination of the contract, under the legally established terms.

10. Incidents, returns and complaints

If you receive a defective or wrong product on our part, contact us within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt, at info@novagrafix.es, attaching photographs. We will resolve it by reprinting or refunding depending on the case. We have complaint forms available to the consumer.

Online dispute resolution: under Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform is available to you: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Intellectual property

You declare that the designs you upload are your property or that you hold the necessary rights or licences for their use. You grant us only the licence essential to produce your order. The rest of the site content (the NovaGrafix brand, texts, images and software) is owned by MARKETING ESTHETIC STUDIOS SL or its licensors and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

12. Liability

We are not liable for errors in the design provided by the customer (texts, spelling, out-of-gamut colours, low resolution or elements cut off due to lack of bleed), nor for delays or damage outside our management (transport or force majeure). Our liability is limited, in any case, to the amount of the affected order.

13. User accounts

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activity carried out from your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or current law.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In relations with consumers, the court of the consumer’s domicile or the one applicable under consumer regulations shall have jurisdiction.

15. Amendments

We may update these terms. The version applicable to each order will be the one in force at the time of placing it.
